Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must remind us (Stefan Galinski, Schramelweg 2, 85774 Unterföhring, Tel. 089/82950666, support@sgalinski.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees from this refund.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You have to pay the direct costs for returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of about 0.00 Euro.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods resulting from any treatment other than that necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Please note that the withdrawal of instant download products is not possible because they are excluded after their activation.
