Google Maps
Static Google Maps
With the static Google Map element, a map can be displayed as a static image with a few clicks.
Instead of specifying longitude and latitude, you can simply enter an address in the form "Bahnhofstr. Gernrode 52, 37339 Gernrode". Custom markers, as well as the adjustment of the map look is also possible.

Dynamic Google Maps
Of course, maps can also be displayed dynamically. These are configured similarly fast.
Image Maps
Interactive map with an SVG file
With our content element ‘Image Map’ you can create interactive maps with clickable markers. You can use scalable files in SVG format for this. If the SVG file already contains markers, these can be accessed via our content element in the backend, e.g. to add labels to the markers – a highlight for every location page! Below you can see the locations of the sgalinski employees as an example.

More than just maps
In addition to classic maps, the content element for image maps can also be used for interactive diagrams, construction plans and organizational charts, for example – the possible uses are endless! You are not only dependent on SVG files: ‘Image Maps’ can also be created with PNG files and JPEG files. In the example image below, you can see the circuit diagram of a mainboard with two markers that were integrated using the ‘Image Maps’ content element.

CPU socket
A CPU socket is the plug connection on the mainboard into which the processor (CPU) is inserted and via which it communicates with the rest of the system.
Vias
A via is a conductive connection between the different layers of a printed circuit board that allows electrical signals to pass through the board (shown here by the small dots).
